ATS systems don't clean themselves. Every migration, every new recruiter, every quick manual entry adds a little more noise. Nobody notices until the database stops performing the way it should.

Here's the part that surprises most agency owners: 75-80% of candidates who get placed didn't apply for that specific job. They were already in the database, matched to something new. A dirty database doesn't just look bad. It quietly kills placements that were sitting right there.
The fix
Data hygiene isn't a one-time cleanup project. It has to be continuous, or the noise creeps back in within months.
That's the layer Ember starts with. Clean data first. Everything else, including the matching, only works if the foundation underneath it is accurate.
