GetMed Staffing — Ember Agent Program Terms

1. The program. This is the text messaging program of GetMed Staffing (GetMed Staffing, Inc.). Messages are sent on GetMed Staffing’s behalf by Ember Hiring Technologies Inc. (“Ember”), which operates Ember Agent, an automated, artificial-intelligence recruiting assistant, as GetMed Staffing’s service provider. The program sends two kinds of messages:

• Enrollment invitations, from (855) 812-9942: if you previously agreed to receive text messages from GetMed Staffing, you may receive one (1) invitation asking whether you would like job matches by text. Invitations are sent only between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. your local time. If you do not respond, you will not be texted again from that number.
• Ember Agent messages, from (402) 772-6468: if you enroll, Ember Agent texts you about GetMed Staffing job opportunities (role, facility, location, shift, pay, start date), your preferences, and your conversations with it. The first message in a conversation identifies Ember Agent as an automated, artificial-intelligence assistant texting on behalf of GetMed Staffing. Messages Ember Agent initiates are sent only between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. your local time; it may reply at any hour to a message you send.

2. How you join. You enroll only by giving consent on GetMed Staffing’s enrollment page, hosted by Ember at https://www.emberhiring.com/enroll/getmed. The consent box is unchecked by default. Your consent is given to GetMed Staffing; Ember records it on GetMed Staffing’s behalf. You cannot enroll by sending a text message. Consent is not a condition of applying for or receiving any job, employment opportunity, or staffing service.

3. Message frequency and cost. Message frequency varies based on your job search activity, your preferences, and available opportunities. Message and data rates may apply; any charges are billed by your mobile carrier. Neither GetMed Staffing nor Ember charges you for the program.

4. Opting out. Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, or REVOKE) to any message. Your opt-out is honored immediately and ends all messages in GetMed Staffing’s program, from both numbers above. You will receive one final message confirming the opt-out, and you will not be messaged again for GetMed Staffing’s program unless you enroll again. If you tell us to stop all messages, in any words, all messages from Ember and every program Ember operates will stop. You may also opt out by emailing hello@emberhiring.com with your mobile number.

6. Privacy. Ember’s Privacy Policy (https://www.emberhiring.com/privacy-policy) describes how information in this program is handled; GetMed Staffing’s Privacy Policy is at https://www.getmedstaffing.com/sites/default/files/2024-02/GetMed%20Security%20and%20Privacy%20Statement%20for%20Website%2001022024.pdf. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

7. Eligibility. The program is available only to individuals 18 years of age or older who are the account holder of the enrolled mobile number or have the account holder’s permission.
